Bowsers supplied and installed Vermiculite Fire Spray to 300 sqm of structural steel throughout the building’s carpark, as well as addressing 120 sprinkler pipe penetrations.
With a tight 10-day deadline, and the project located remotely, Bowsers faced the challenge of completing on time and ensuring the final finish was of optimal quality and impeccable finish.
A skilled and experienced 2-person Bowsers’ team worked extended hours, including weekends, to ensure the timely completion of the project. Comprehensive protective measures, such as straight-edge masking, were implemented to achieve a flawless finish without bleed lines. Meticulous planning and coordination kept the project on schedule, with a backup spray machine on standby. Bowsers’ project manager conducted regular site visits to facilitate seamless communication, ensure efficient project execution, and maintain strict adherence to deadlines.
